About the Author
Katie C Hill is a geek from Texas with a strangely eclectic taste in media... but her true passion has always been books. Growing up in a poor, unstable household (and frankly, living through one world crisis after another as her generation has), reading has continuously been her comfort food. Whether jamming out to heavy metal and swooning over a regency romance or bopping to the latest pop hit while delving into a world full of dragons and starships, she always loves being transported into another place.
Katie writes what she wants to read. Her stories are inspired by the complex “music videos” she has always found herself creating while listening to her favorite songs.
Just one month before reaching her fourth decade, Katie finally decided it was time to bring her stories to life on page. She began her writing journey in February 2025 and fully completed two separate novels in under four months, with more completed works and additional ongoing projects, currently. She continues to write passionately, meeting her personal goal to write every single day, without fail... even with an already busy family and work life. She just may have traded her TV show binging addiction and TikTok doom scrolling to find the time to write!
Already an active member in several writing communities, Katie is a debut author that hopes to be published soon.
